As the tile says, I bought Forsaken but I never got the season pass that was supposed to come with it. The Steam page clearly said that I was supposed to get a season pass with my purchase, but this never displayed in game. The premium bottom row of the season pass was locked, and there was a red cross next to the season at that time (Season of arrivals). There was also a red cross next to the Redacted Season (now Season of the Hunt). I assumed that the season pass might get unlocked during the next season, and so I waited until Season of the Hunt. However, now, the season pass is STILL locked. When I go to previous seasons on Bungie.net, there is an option to claim rewards from the previous season, however, when I try to claim these rewards, it says I do not have permission to claim them. However, even if I did have permission to claim them, it would be unfair. Not once did the season pass display as unlocked in the game, and I checked multiple times. As such, I barely played as I did not feel it was worth my time until I had the season pass. I believe this is unacceptable, as I have paid money for something that I did not receive. My friend bought Forsaken when it was on sale too, and received the season pass, so I do not understand why I did not. I still have the email receipt from Steam. Please get back to me asap.
