Hello! This is my first post so please excuse my formatting if it is off. I purchased Beyond Light + Season as part of the Legendary Edition bundle on Steam yesterday (11/19/20) around 4pm central, I saw online I had to claim my rewards from Rahool in the tower but nothing has appeared. Game has been reinstalled twice, I have verified integrity of game files more than once as well. Reached out on the official Discord for help and was told to come here. My in game name is as follows with Steam ID: xdorries (ID: 76561198373238998) I have reached out on several platforms and would like to redeem my Exotic Rimed Ghost Shell and Legendary emblem before the time runs out as the website states after the 23rd of November these will not be redeemable. I have attached a video showing that I have completed some of the new expansion, proof of purchase, etc. Please help!
