Stasis titan feedback (again).

I've had more time to work with it and honestly I can't say I've had this much fun on my titan in so very long. It has some kinks to work out, but overall the titan has high potential and I hope bungie decides to take advantage of what the titan has to offer. The melee:
This is a great tool for both pve and pvp with it's mobility and knockback capabilities but there are some issues with it. 1. The melee feels kind of weak when you directly hit a target with it in pve. Considering its lack of aoe damage, I feel like the direct impact damage is underwhelming against anything that isn't like a trash mob. Even when you use the melee to shatter frozen targets the overall damage just does not feel as impactful as it looks. 2. The melees aoe slow effect does no damage (which is perfectly fine) but it's range is incredibly low. As a subclass that is supposed to be working around crowd control with slowing and freezing capabilities, the titan is by far the worst with it's melee. It does ok damage and as a movement tool its great, but the utility of the other two classes with ranged multi target freezing capabilities far outclasses the titans in pve and at times in pvp. Solution: 1a. Increase the base melee damage from 105 to 115 in pvp (which should translate in pve as well) to give it a bit more damage. 1b. Add a multiplier of 1.2x damage to targets frozen that are hit by this melee (in pvp, you die instantly anyways). 2. Increase the aoe on successful melee hit to cover more area (as it doesn't do damage and only serves as a slow). Thoughts: The titans melee is its tool to break through targets and shatter them into a million pieces. As is, it works as a great escape and gap closing tool while offering decent on hit utility and damage, but considering its risky nature and lack of freezing utility, I feel like its damage and area of effect with it's slow should be more effective.
The super:
The super is pretty much just the titans melee but better, with a freezing fist of havoc tied to it. The melee, as I said above, offers tremendous mobility and in super with its ohk capabilities when paired with the freeze makes it incredibly dangerous in pvp. In pve it's also very effective with its coverage and I would say it's probably going to be the most useful for harder content due to its damage and longevity. But it isn't faultless and at times it could feel incredibly underwhelming to use. 1. The melee tracking is sometimes...awful. It basically doesn't work if a target is too close and the lunge either tracks like pre nerf shoulder charge or shortstops and misses a target it's already tracking like post-nerf shoulder charge. As a melee attack it's only consistent method of being used is when the target isn't close which is both stupid and yet understandable when considering its lunging capabilities. 2. The slams crystals would probably serve the super better if the first row of them came out earlier. When you space the crystals right it can cause some serious damage, but it honestly feels kind of out of place in pve when you consider how far it actually travels. A lot of encounter areas are not these large areas where using the full range of the slam is viable and so the crystals themselves serve better as post carnage snacks most of the time. 3. The slams crystals aoe don't feel that extensive when you shatter them. This pairs with #2 as the crystals spacing and utility serve more like a visual than an actual effect of the super. When you shatter them, their explosion...I guess that's what you would call it, feels mediocre at best and gives you no real incentive to pursue destroying them. Considering the titans supposed role of "breaking the ice" it serves no real purpose and has little to no synergy with the melee itself. It gives more freezing range, but otherwise not much. 4. The sprint to shatter targets really does require you to basically touch the target and it doesn't give you a lot of room to work with it and at times just serves as another gimmick to walk through the walls you could already easily break through by using your melee. Since this is the only mobile super besides golden gun that doesn't force sprint, you can easily work around the crystals if your goal wasn't to shatter them yet by walking but a tool of the super should be more than just background visuals. Solutions: 1. Improve the tracking of the melee to be more consistent at close range and decrease the likelihood that it fails to reach its target via longer tracking range (or something like that). 2. Space out the crystals to have one row closer to the user while the second row maintains it's current distance (if it covers 20 feet, instead of the crystals popping out at like 18 and then 20 meters, have the first pair pop out at like 16). 3. Increase super crystal aoe radius. I don't know how much would be appropriate, but something to make them a little more valuable as a tool of the super, otherwise as I said above, it's a better snack than anything else. 4. Improve the titans sprint to shatter targets aoe (or make it like one). This isn't to say they should explode or have like a 10 meter shatter distance, but something like 3-5 meters of range which is around the equivalent of a melee's range. Thoughts: It's really fun to use and I think it has hidden potential for higher end content, but the things I highlighted about it really sucks and for the most part it just feels like a turbo charged fist of havoc. I don't think implementing the changes u suggested would make it feel any less like fist of havoc...but at least it will serve better for the titan.
Aspect:
First aspect could use another fragment slot at least. In pvp it's a great tool but in pve it's pretty...meh. Fun to use and zip around shattering targets, but otherwise I feel like it's nowhere near the power of the warlocks first aspect in pve or as deadly as it either in pvp. The hunters also serves as a deadly tool as it allows them to shatter targets in an area which allows them similar capabilities to the titan while offering 2 fragment slots (and probably some high tier juking capability). The movement is great but I really don't think it should have only 1 slot.
Summary: The titan has great tools to work with but some ironing out to give them more stasis related utility would serve them greatly. As it is, it could probably have just been a variant for fist of havoc without any freezing capabilities and served equally as fine, but it's not fist of havoc (even though it is) and giving them more capabilities to take advantage of the new element would be great. This doesn't have to come in the form of a freeze, but just some more overall utility WITH stasis (slowing and shattering targets) which the titan honestly...feels kind of meh at.
