Account Problem
Hi everyone,
I've got a problem with my account.
I made this account for my PS4, but I had to make a new user on it and that's also where I play on, but my Bungie.net account is linked to the old user.
So I have a Bungie.net account linked to the right PS account but the wrong user.
I can't effectively use the companion app because of this and my Profile here is also completely empty.
I hope someone can help and thank you for doing so or at least trying!

1 AntwortenHello. If I am understanding this correctly, there are two PSN accounts and two Bungie profiles? If so, I will try to keep this simple. You cannot unlink an account while you are signed onto it, so you will need to create a platform account such as Xbox and link it here so you can sign onto it. After that, unlink your old PSN account and link it here. All emblems tied to your Bungie profile do not carry over to the new profile.
