The only thing “ruining” crucible is 600 RPM autos...
They are just so boring to use and leave a stale taste to pvp. Having to try twice as hard cause you aren’t using one isn’t very fun either...

If you can’t beat an auto with Lunas or last word or crimson that it’s you not the gun. Also looks like you play zero comp. I’m good with my auto and I get owned about 40% of the time by hand canon players because they actually know how to play and not run out in the open challenging everyone with autos.
-
It’s an auto... everyone is “good” with one... I’ve been unbroken for the past 4 seasons... I have no reason to play comp... None of those guns have the range or ease of use like Autos... hence their upcoming nerf... which paired with the Handcannon buff may have been too much... I feel like I handle myself pretty well in crucible and my match history can attest to that...
-
600 rpms are good but they don’t ruin crucible.
-
You tried getting good and not standing out in the open ?
-
Did that. Got better than most and still am... 600RPMs autos are still the problem
-
That’s the case with every meta though. Some people will enjoy it, some won’t, and some will just put up with it.

Dude, hand canons have a much larger crit are than autos do. Your not gonna hit all headshots from far out. There are a ton of hand canon players in comp that will delete anyone using gnawing hunger.
-
Way larger crit... They also have to pace shots or risk missing from incoming flinch. JUST to try and be accurate and if they don’t pace shots they MATCH Auto TTK... Let alone autos have more range now...
-
I think headshots over body shots with any weapon will lead to the more skilled player coming out on top
-
Yes... of course... but players miss... missing a precision shot with any other weapon can make or break engagements. With Autos it doesn’t matter much... especially against those weapons that need to be more precise JUST to match the TTK
-
Ah I gotcha. Yeah, spraying with an auto is a little less high stakes than getting a 3-4 tap with a hand cannon.
