My upload is usually around 9-10mbps My download is usually 2-3mbps I’m using wired Idk my usual latency but usually there’s little to no lag Thanks for the help!

This could be causing your issues, as speeds change frequently. Latency is important as while you may experience minor effects, other players can see significant teleporting or ghost bullets.
