I have redeemed the rewards code for the festival of the lost emblem. ( black and white with skull and pyramid) But when I enter the game and look for it I am unable to locate it. I have confirmed that it shows as redeemed on my rewards page and that it was on the PC account. I have followed the suggested steps. (logging out, checking page etc.) Any Help would be appreciated.
