Test Result:
Basic damage: 12,035

Basic damage + Lucent Blade(Keened)(+35%): 16,247 (as expect)
Basic damage + Well of Radiance(+25%) + Lucent Blade(Keened)(+35%): 15,044 (unexpect result)
However, according to Update 2.6.0.1 Post, [1] and [2]. If we don't treat Lucent Blade(Keened) as a single weapon buffs [3], we should expect 16,247 damage(The highest applicable bonus +35%). When we do, it should be stacked multiplicatively and make 20,309 damage.
Is it a bug or just designed as it is?
References:
[1]
Bonus damage effects that apply to all of a player's weapons simultaneously no longer stack multiplicatively. The highest applicable bonus will be used instead
[2]
This does not affect single weapon buffs such as Rampage, Kill Clip, or exotic weapons that increase their own damage. These will still stack multiplicatively.
so bungie just keep silence about mod bug, when they want to strongly push it onto spotlight by nerfing other things.
