I'm glad to have grinded out the Braytech Werewolf's curated roll wheb i just started playing destiny last year. This year is just too grindy. I have the best roll i can get on this weapon, i have a lot of kills and time on it, and i love it to bits: why would i have to grind ANOTHER weapon just to have a 0.001% chance of getting the curated, or something similar, again. Bungie should REALLY make event weapons to never sunset. Why? Because the grind to get them back again and lose progress on the kill tracker feels extremely discouraging. I already have the weapon, why should i get another one? Sunsetting affects the meta, and that's fine and all, but when i have to farm every event until my hands hurt just to get close to the weapon i want, i know that it'll all be for nothing because that weapon will sunset. Avalanche, braytech werewolf, horror story, cold front, zephyr, and the vow will hardly be top tier anyway, so why not make the grind a little bit easier. Make event weapons to never sunset. All existing event weapons, such as my braytech werewolf should have their power level risen so it will never sunset. Why farm a weapon that nobody will bat an eye to, that nobody will use in almost all content, or even hold a place in the meta, when that exact weapon will be dismantled anyway? There's no reason to do 2020 halloween event
