I need help, So I want to know what the best way to get 1060 armor and weapons is because all the videos are the same and they don't help, my armor is stuck at low 1050s and its kind of annoying, also how do you increase your power bonus? I'm at max artifact +11

Artifact bonus increases with XP gain, so just play the game. To increase above 1050, you'll need to receive Pinnacle Rewards and hope that they're for a piece of equipment you don't yet have at the Power Level of the reward you receive. You can view your challenges in-game to find ones with Pinnacle rewards.
