Clovis Bray managed to encode the human's consciousness into a digital code that could be implanted on the Exo body.
Could Cayde's human body be in some sort of cryogenic sleep pod in Enceladus?

In the realm of sci-fi, there is nothing off the table at any time which makes it interesting. As for the exact mental consciousness? It would vastly depend on what exactly was reverse-engineered from the Traveler to see if it was possible. But yes, it is figuratively speaking, possible. From the current lore, however? I would not place my money on that actually happening. Cayde is definitely being simulated though by the Vex. It's more than likely they have the answers you seek as they can materialize possibilities and reverse those theories into reality within their network. This is what makes even a farmer/non-combat droid for them so powerful.

Bearbeitet von Necrogen: 7/10/2020 1:38:05 PMIf they use Nolan lorth or get Nathan fillion back, we can hear cayde again. He's there in the DSC, just what cayde was before cayde 6

Bearbeitet von Grays_KS27: 7/10/2020 12:29:27 AMThey definitely could have preserved the body, but the consciousness is gone and can’t be replaced so it’s nothing but a corpse and will never be anything more than a corpse. Taking away and encoding a person’s consciousness was irreversible. There just wasn’t any way to put a consciousness back in a flesh body.

They would likely dispose of the remains of exo subjects, and try as you might, Cayde ain’t coming back.
