What if they changed it so that the noble rounds on the lumina recharged passively like the icebreaker? Then they add an intrinsic perk of unstoppable or overload to lumina. Another thing that might help the lumina would be if it was changed to the same archetype as the luna's howl(precision frame). If it fired with the same animation and almost the same stats like range, stability ,etc. If this gun had the noble rounds recharge passively rather than requiring precision kills it would be used more often in activities like the grandmaster nightfalls. The damage on this weapon is not enough to kill adds in challenging activities so just give it passive noble round regeneration like icebreaker and change it to the luna's howl archetype.
