Last night I claimed my reward for the Hive Sword replica and now the reward doesn’t work. The code fails to appear. The page and in-game pop-up indicated I only needed to claim the reward before reset, which I have done. I have the email resting in my inbox currently, and the webpage for the sword has a deadline of midnight so I should be able to buy it. Is there any way I could be assisted?
