Imagine ignoring uriels meta in yr 1..
-
Ofcourse im ignoring it, autorifles where still bad at that time, they only shined because everything else was reaaally bad

I think that part of the problem is that whenever people ask for buffs to them the hand cannon users come out from the woodwork and scream about how high skill hand cannons are and how low skill autos are. There’s a misconception in this community that auto rifles are brain dead weapons.
-
they are. they’re one of the easiest guns in the game to use. they just don’t have the damage output of other weapons.
-
Disagree with ARs being easier than Hand Cannons. Mono-directional recoil, forgiving enough body-shots to encourage spam over precision (where ARs demand precision to even compete, since their comical lethality is made piss-poor with even a few bullets missing), extremely forgiving magazine sizes, peek shooting potential that ARs simply don't have, and enough versatility to cover almost all situations within 25-30 meters.
-
like I said they don’t have the damage output. every primary is easy af to use.
-
They’re no easier than any of the other primaries.
-
every gun in this game is easy to use. some are just easier than others.
-
All of the primaries are equally easy as hell to use. Kinda by design.

If anything, ARs are more of a pain to use because without high caliber (or sometimes even with) they flinch far less and take more bullets to kill someone, during which time you have to remain out of cover. Whereas HCs, even slow rate of fire ones, as long as you have cover you can just keep taking potshots at people and win. I don't even bother relying on flinching people with an AR anymore: Medley with Firmly Planted means I can sit on my ass and the bullet magnetism at range kills people easier than trying to keep a bead on someone while strafing with an AR. That is, if a shotgun Hunter doesn't ape/high jump their way to close the gap and put buckshot in my face. I honestly would switch to Hunter main in Iron Banner if it weren't for the fact that my Hunter and Warlock are barely past 750.

The season pass from last season was how I leveled my Warlock and my Hunter. Just switched the weapons over from my Titan and started pulling armor from the pass.
