I’ve got really bad luck for lore books which is on me, I don’t mind grinding them out eventually. But because of my poor luck it takes longer to finish them. I’m alright with gun and armour stuff going poof at the end of the season, y’all have to give incentive for people to buy seasons, but no matter how many Vex offensive bounties I did I couldn’t finish the Kraken Mare lore book. I know can always read it on ishtar collective, it’s just one of those things I want to keep in my triumphs page for convenience and completions sake. What I’m getting at is I think it’d be nice if you kept lore books permanently available. They’re part of the story which is overarching, you can’t buy them from the store and they’re one of the real unique things about the game.
