PSN Destiny 2 Account Recovery

Greetings! I have played Destiny 1 and 2 on a PlayStation Network Account and can no longer access it as it is banned due to a "unknown reason" from Playstation 'Safety' Team... Is there anyway a Bungie Developer can recover it by linking the account or transferring it? I have spent 100s of hours in both Destiny games and starting from scratch is not fun... PSN is 'AirForceCommand'
