Error BABOON and WEASEL: Might be university related

Hi! I have been playing d2 for about a month now on my university's network without any problem, though occaisionally I have gotten a message about a "Strict NAT" (I also play at home, with a wired connection, without ever having gotten that warning). Today I got first a BABOON Error Code and then a WEASEL erorror code; I went through as many steps as I could for the network troubleshoot (I can only go so far in the process; at Uni I don't have access to a wired connection and am not part of IT). I saw on the WEASEL error page that the error is related to getting banned or restricted; it also says that if you're banned or restricted you should be notified via some sort of message. I have not gotten a message, but was wondering where I might check and see if I have a device restriction currently active on the account, and how long that might be for / how to go about fixing it. I have not been home yet to check if I can do activites on my Home PC, either; it's just my laptop that has been getting the error so far. I play on Steam (PC) and just transferred over my character in October; I've been playing d2 since September of last year and have been enjoying every minute of it! :D I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right with regards to troubleshooting and understanding this error. Thanks! Quick edit because I thought of it: I got the error code both times when running around near Trostland in the EDZ. I haven't tried to load into any other activities yet in case this worsens the issue. I did play some Iron Banner earlier in the day.
