Cross save from old to new
I want to bring everything I had worked hard at getting in my old PS4 days over to my new XB1 now, but I wanted to check if the gear that I spent time grinding for is saved in my new account.
If so, how do I see that? If not, why?

In looking at your profile, you've already set up Cross Save between your two console accounts, and set your Xbox characters as your active primary. This has disabled your PS4 characters, and any way to interact with them. The only way that you are going to be able to access those characters and see what gear/progression that they have, is to disable Cross Save. Please understand that doing so will incur a 90-day lockout on enabling Cross Save again, and cannot be waved for any reason. With Cross Save disabled, your PS4 characters will be accessible on the PS4 and your Xbox characters will be accessible on the Xbox. Their gear and progress can be viewed in the companion app, as well as third party apps such as DestinyItemManager, Ishtar Commander and Braytech.org.
