As an unbroken, I just want the social game modes such as classic mix and control to be CBMM, while the competitive game modes like survival stay SBMM.

Many in this community hates better players due to pure jealousy, they cant understand the concept that them matching better players in social playlists is normal and completely acceptable
-
Classic is cbmm. The result is that sweatlords 6 stack and farm randoms. Thats not fun for anyone cept the sweatlords. Sbmm works because now regular people can have fun instead of fueling the ego's of kd farming psychopaths.
-
That’s fair, but what about good players like me who don’t want to sweat every game who get punished by SBMM by putting against said sweatlords? It’s a double edged sword, I want a healthy mixture of both. Instead of only one game mode being CBMM, which is why classic mix is so sweaty
-
You want to play low tier players? That wouldnt be very enjoyable for them. Games should be fair. No need for high skill players to farm potatoes. Play your skill bracket.
-
I don’t want to farm people, I want to enjoy the game. If I had to use the starting weapons just to play a fun match I would, it’s almost as if I don’t like playing the same sweatlords every game, I paid for the game, I should be able to enjoy it just as much as a low tier player shouldn’t I? I think that both SBMM and CBMM have a place in the game, but classic Mix is So sweaty because it’s the ONLY CBMM gamemode, there are people who just want to pad kds, but I just want to have fun like everyone else without playing super sweaty players. Again, why should I have to play sweaty games every time I want to have fun?
-
It's as if you don't realize that then the lower tier players have to use those weapons to keep a match respectable even. Why should they have to deal with that while you get to have fun at their expense. This is entitlement at its worst.
-
Entitlement? I’m fine with both sbmm and CBMM, but I don’t think every game I play should be a sweat fest. Not all good players like to sweat ya know. Why should I be put against unbroken stacks every game no matter which gamemode I choose? I want to enjoy the game as much as everyone else. And as I said in an earlier reply, I’m fine with being rewarded less for a relaxing game mode because I know that good players “relaxing” can lessen the enjoyment of lower tier players. Both sides are entitled. And I was just voicing MY opinion on this subject.

We need a solo cbmm playlist with lobby balancing. Not really fair for players like us to be a screwed regardless of what playlist we choose, save for comp and elim. I don't think the pro sbmm crowd understands this. And this would also give more opportunity for "lower skill" players to improve when they feel comfortable to begin the transition to more difficult playlists like competitive or maybe even trials in the future.

It seems I can have a conversation with you.
...why should I have to play sweaty games every time I want to have fun?
I'm curious, if you are that good of a player, shouldn't you're enjoyment of the game be from just playing well and besting your peers? I have a hard time understanding the idea that the only fun you can get out of the game is playing lower level people. This is why I keep saying that high level players really don't understand what lower tier players want out of a game. If I ever got to the point where I could compete at a much higher level that I am currently, FUN for me would simply be that I can compete and prevail against that level. That would be amazing and I'd want to do it all the time. Jumping in CBMM to play people who couldn't hope to compete with me (the vast majority) would be fun at all. So I have a very hard time with this concept. The statement goes around that "Good players are being punished for being good with SBMM". I find that to be a pretty ridiculous statement. What's your take on it? IMO If top level players want relaxing games they absolutely should have that, but there should be less rewards for playing whatever mode caters to that relaxation. Why? Because in the end their relaxation is at the cost of the enjoyment to most lower level players.
-
My take on it... not really. To me it’d really depend on context, and I‘d be fine with obtaining less rewards to get to play a relaxing gamemode. I do agree that higher skill players “relaxing” can ruin enjoyment for lower skill players though.
-
Thanks for understanding the other side of the equation.
-
Because the 0.80 kd player that matches you is going to get stomped. You have fun, he rage quits. I get that you want to have fun but so does he. I'd say classic mix might be for you. No sbmm there right?
-
Fair, I just want a fair mix so that both sides can enjoy the game, I do understand your point.
-
If they made a stand alone clash playlist, I’d bet my life it’d be just as sweaty and people would cry about that
-
They probably would, I want a nice middle ground
-
They’d cry because the farmers will become the farmed
-
-
You got social in classic mix, you should be stripped of the unbroken title for complaining
-
What kind of logic is that? Just because I enjoy not being sweaty every game and using random weapons?
-
You’re right, my bad for all that. Good luck
