We're continuing to collect Crucible feedback. Wanted to open the floor for your thoughts on Vostok.
This map in particular receives a range of feedback, from spawns to objective placement. Please lend your thoughts on the following:

Also why'd you stop showing other players in quickplay when matchmaking? I'd like to avoid the laggy ones.

Excellent map, has variety for close and distant shooting.

Vostok is one of my favourites, I prefer longer maps. I prefer it in Control. Supremacy least enjoyable. No exploits. I have spawned couple times near the outside rock between A and C, my team had C opposing Team A, the opposing team was leaving spawn A as I was spawning, I was killed nearly instantly, this happened couple times. I would love to see Frontier make a return!

"PVP Veteran Here" So here's the thing about spawns, spawns are always going to be a problem on any map if everyone is just running around like chickens with their heads cut off and not just playing for "map control." i've literally spawned to my death and have caught people fresh off their spawn while their overshield was still procted. As far as the map "Vostok" its perfectly fine we need more maps like it, Equinox and The Fortress. #bringmoremaps

Map is fine. Your servers are the issue. How is it possible for you all not to understand this point. I think you rather ignore the issue and hope. No one notice your network issues

It's crap. Of the maps you took away, why this wasn't one is beyond comprehension. Cut your losses and delete it.

You can literally res snipe players spawning in down below when looking out of the left side B tower. After initial spawn in during control that spawn point should only ever be an option when B and A are held simultaneously. Never when B is not held. Overall it's a bad map. Window shooting at C is annoying. Can map with erientel out both windows. While youre at it. Take the dreaming city map out of 6v6 rotation Also..the horrible spawns during control matches can both bury the opposing team or completely turn the tide in favor of a bad team. Iron banner is biggest offender of this...and the game mode needs a huge rework. You all should be asking for IB feedback because the mode is legit busted. Until it can be fixed I suggest simple TDM be implemented.

Don’t ask the community to do the job of the design team. Or ask for feedback on who in the community would be a better designer and then pay them money. This is the second post in as many weeks that the crucible team needs help understanding their own game?

Just bring back all D1 maps, they all remind me of how good Vostok is. I liked 95% of all maps in D1. I can say that about no other game period.

One of the only maps that gives d1 vibes not only in style but also in size and shape. Keep this forever please. I love control on this map, and have yet to encounter any game mode that I despise on it

Burnout map is horrendous for 6v6

I like Vostok personally. But there are two map that I firmly believe need to be removed from any Control based game modes: Citadel and Equinox. Please, remove these two maps from anything that has to do with controlling a capture point. These maps have too many instances of spawn traps and the like:

Vostok is one of my favourite maps, the only bit I really don’t like is the top room above C.

A direct selection for classic D1 and older D2 maps would bring a new energy to all modes I believe.

Cheers![/quote] 1. Clash (like every single other map, it should be a permanent mode) 2. All except clash. 3. No, but I'm sure there are on youtube. 4. Yes, spawns are screwy on that map, particularly the cubby hole spawn leading to the iron temple at the side of A. People can be spawn trapped there

dmg04 You make some valid points and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game but,The Black Garden may not stay among us for long. Something has begun to repair the schism torn by its destruction. Vex now flood the Garden channels to protect it. We must stop the weavers before they seal the Garden and begin to summon back its heart.

No new Legend loot, no new PVP vendor weapons, Impossible to masterwork your weapon as a PVP main. (They force us into PVE) Loot: Emblems, weapons, armour , shader.....nothing. Terrible spawns Bungie: How is Vostok ?

This is for sure my least favorite pvp map. It is very beautiful but if the game mode is[b] control I never want to play it.[/b] Ever.

Well I think it’s a good map as long as there’s no zone aspect (control, countdown, etc.). However I am a big fan of that tower thing you can do where you get up super high and all you have to do is jump every couple seconds to avoid getting out of bounds-ed. I wish I had a video of it, I know Bakengangsta has some footage sniping from that vantage point. (If I find it I’ll edit it in)
