I like that idea. I honestly believe the powerful drops never should have been capped out. If Bungie wanted to cap it out they never should have made master difficulties higher than 950. if Bungie really wanted to make Master difficulties 980 the gear cap or prime should have been 970 or 980. I just really think that the Pinnacle system was shipped flawed. Even bungee is talking about trying to make it better in later seasons. the main problem with this expansion like many content updates is lack of replayability once you get what you need there's no reason to tackle the content even on harder difficulties. Even if you tackle harder difficulties there's no actual better reward. I mean for freak sake there's not even an emblem for a completing a legend or master difficulty lol I even questioned bungee about this on Twitter how it's idiotic that they want players to play harder content but with no real reason to do so. It's like bungee thinks players are zombies throw something in their faces and they won't care what it is lol I say zombies because you know they are brain dead. This community is full of people that are like zombies you tell them that power bonuses will disappear after each season they call you a liar and they bully you till a point where it's labeled as harassment. even though Luke Smith said power bonuses will disappear even though in game it says on your character page power bonuses will disappear after each seasonal reset lol you tell them something that's flawed in this game and they bite your head off. a lot of people in this community they don't want this game to be better they wanted to be where it is it kept where it is these kind of people are going to be reason why this franchise dies.
