Something PvP should have going forward: true numbers, not rounded.

A lot of us check stats and ttk values to determine whether or not we are going to use a certain weapon, but something that's always bothered me to no end is that weapons don't actually do the damage they show. A 600 rpm auto rifle will show that it does 23 damage, but in actuality it's between 22.1 and 22.9 for damage, but since you don't round down numbers for things like damage, you will see larger damage numbers than what are actually applied to the target. I feel like this creates an issue when asking to buff or nerf something on the forums, as we don't actually know the true values without spending a bunch of time testing or watching a video of somebody else doing it. Not having those true numbers can influence our opinions on the gear and it really sucks that likely non of our weapons do the actual damage shown. The weapons and their damage numbers should always be truly what's being dished out, none of that 33.7 or 22.5 bull crap. I want to see 34 and 23 and for the weapon to actually MEAN IT because those little decimal differences can prevent players from dying and it sucks when that happens. According to the ttk sheet by mercules, 450 rpm autos do 26 damage to the head and 18 damage to the body. A youtuber by the name of CoolGuy sat down and was giving a review of the braytech werewolf to give people either a thumbs up to farm for it or not. In this video, he tested the PvP damage numbers of it, which are identical in PvP to every 450. He found that the optimal way to reach the lowest ttk possible was that 6 crits and 2 body (26 head and 18 body) which would deal 192 damage, thus killing 6 resilience and below guardians. But when he shot a 6 resilience guardian in the head 6 times and 2 times in the body...it didn't kill them. He gives the potential true damage we are dealing about 25.1-25.2 head and 17.1-17.2 body. This makes the optimal shots to kill much less forgiving then it would appear to be and that sucks big time, especially since the optimal bodyshot ttk becomes slower than what is shown, which absolutely sucks. Link to the video, skip to 8:28. https://youtu.be/hDd8SyzeX5s Not supporting his videos in any way, just sharing information. Please consider changing this bungie.
