Not Granting Powerful Gear?
So as I finished all my weeklies on my main titan, I wanted to get some more powerful gear using my 2nd titan, however after completing my 4 crucible matches, nothing. I figured a glitch could be involved so I let it slide, I finished my 8 bounties and returned them to Shaxx and also got nothing like no items at all.
Are you not allowed to do weeklies twice anymore?

More than one character of the same class in Destiny 2 has immediate diminishing returns. It's not like Destiny 1 where you could benefit from it. In Destiny 2, you are limited to one powerful reward granted for each individual activity that grants them for each class. Only the first Titan you complete that activity with will be given a powerful reward. The second Titan will be granted only a regular legendary engram, not Powerful. This was implemented near the start of Destiny 2's life in order to avoid the very specific thing that happened in Destiny 1 of people using a class, running an activity to get better loot, then using the equipment gained from that run on the next character in order to get even better loot, then using the equipment gained from that run on their last character to get even better loot for the week. Power-leveling using same-class-run activities was eliminated from Destiny 2.
