Divinity is exotics [i]done right[/i]. I finished the raid and quest yesterday and I [b]have never[/b] felt so good in all my 5 years of playing Destiny. Now why is that? Remember that incredibily good (but due to RNG bittersweet in my opinion) feeling you get when you finally get that exotic you've been hunting/waiting to drop? Getting the Divinity is that x7. The reason is this: [u]You earn it.[/u] It's not some random drop that any shmuck can get lucky and have drop. It's something you have to prove yourself worthy to get. It's a challenge and a trial that you have to master and overcome in order to earn your right to wield a powerful piece of gear. [b][i][u]This is what exotics should be[/u][/i][/b] Not as random drops, but as marks of mastery.
