I’ve been grinding bounties out for Ada for a week now (with newfound ambition to have the Burden for the raid) and even with me doing every bounty every day, not including the numerous bounties I did when black armory came out, and I have YET to get a rare bounty to drop. Is this quest step bugged because of Shadowkeep? Who thought adding a rare bounty drop to an exotic quest was a good idea? :///
