Trying to deactivate Cross Save
I'm trying to deactivate cross save and I get to a section after logging in where it asks for security reasons type in your user name but I can't seem to be able to put in my username. every time I type it letter it doesn't pick it up am I missing something?

If you continue to have an issue, please head over to this help article: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 and fill out the form with all of the information, and submit it. After submission, please be patient, as the Bungie teams have to go through each submission (including all of those that were before yours), and they only do so during business hours, so it may take some time for you to get a result if one is needed. - Out of curiosity, why are you wanting to disable Cross-Save? Did you choose the wrong account for your Cross-Save data?
