Unbeatable Nightfall: The Ordeal
A random fire team and I made to the the second tier of the elevator near the end of the raid and died. The elevator was reset to the bottom, but we were set to respawn at the second tier. This meant that the elevator was stuck at tier 1, waiting for us to clear the room to advance it to tier 2, while we were stuck at tier 2, and being teleported back when we tried to get to tier 1.
