I have completed all 3 of the locks on the mysterious box for the Izanagis Burden on my main character which is my Hunter, I have not touched any of my other characters other than I completed one lock on my titan, still haven't touched the box on my warlock. And today is the berguisa forge and Ada still has not given me the key mold for the quest to unlock the final lock. I noticed alot of people used to have this issue back when the forge first came out, but I just started playing again and it seems this issue still persists. I have checked all my characters to make sure they dont have the key mold, and none of them do.
