I preordered Forsaken about a year ago and it came with the preorder bonus items: Ace of Spades ornament, an Exotic "Draw" Emote and access to Cayde's Ship aswell as access to the Awoken Legend Set which would include an emblem, a ghost shell and a bow ornament. I unlocked those items in my Titan. Fast forward to today: I made 2 new characters, a Warlock and Hunter, and when I was inspecting the Ace of Spades, I noticed there was no ornament for it, even though I unlocked the Preorder Ornament for it. Then I checked if I have Cayde's Ship or the exotic emote, they're not in my collections. The Awoken Legends Set's Ghost shell is listed as only unlockable if I pre-ordered Forsaken, but the Forsaken Emblem is showing up correctly as being unlocked in my account. EDIT: Going into orbit after finishing speaking to Petra after "Nothing Left to Say" unlocked the Awoken Legend Set content, but the Ace of Spade's Ornament, Exotic Ship and Emote are still nowhere to be seen. Can we have a rep/admin investigate on this?
