Can't click "accept" to continue a mission in Black Armory
As the title says, I can't continue the Black Armory quest line as i can't accept the next mission. in the video I linked it shows that the conversation initiates and i have the right item, but i cannot click accept. Other quests have worked fine for me.

Update: because I can’t click accept, I also can’t pick up my powerful gear from her, as if I cancel out of the “accept” screen, it takes me to her inventory.
