- The Control playlist is the best Destiny PvP since D1. There are still some lopsided games when a bunch of brand new players join a lobby, but I've played all day and haven't seen a single instance of 1-2 players just destroying everyone else.
Dont pretend anything has changed, the quickplay playlist you complained about for months has simply been moved and renamed - pre SK we had 1 non-sbmm playlist and post SK we have the same, time to own up and admit you wrongly made a fuss for a year and a half about a non issue of a playlist you didnt have to que up for and bungie changing the name of said playlist doesn't change that.
- having a set mode allows players to get into a groove that wasn't possible when the game mode switched ever match or so.
??? Forsaken playlists had very few gamemodes per playlist....qp had 2, rotationals had 1, rumble was 1, banner was 1, only comp had a bunch coming it at 4
- Heavy weapons no longer dictate play
Doesnt heavy drop for close by teammates? Sounds like it will dictate it more then ever
- Primary play is back. Don't know how many games I've played today, but I've barely died to special weapons. A few snipes, shotguns and fusions and I've seen Jotunn twice and died to it once.
Not sure why you think so since specials werent nerfed, its possible you were simply playing new players that dont have the meta specials yet
- blue and purple drops have consistently raised in power so far. I don't know if this will cap out at some point, but being able to just play Crucible all day and continue leveling has been a huge improvement over last year where we had to constantly move to new activities and couldn't just play what we enjoyed.
You go till 900 before hitting the soft cap

I'm not sure are you trolling or just genuinely don't know/understand but you are mistaken, Control play list have sbmm enabled and it's not just "renamed and moved" QP was today's Classic Mix which have >cbmm< enabled. Finally there are some options for everyone.

So I'm right????
Finally there are some options for everyone.
There have always been options for everyone Literally nothing has changed haha, there has been 1 non-sbmm playlist since warmind and there is still 1 non sbmm playlista today.

Bearbeitet von LuckyPants: 10/3/2019 9:40:51 AMYou are right that there is only one cbmm but saying that they only moved and renamed playlists is not entirely true. Control is separate sbmm which we didn't had in pre SK in Forsaken we dint had so many to choose from they clearly added non cbmm list as (I would say ) main playlist . Control icon is vastly bigger than classic mix which is sitting under survival yeah it's only graphical layout but ...Imho there is reason for it Bungie putting more emphasis and trying to funnel new players to have acceptable matches and have them ACTUALLY playing the modes for longer. When warmind.io gets to work we will have some info on where PvP population tends to drift, usually 20-25% of the player base played QP but when IB was up in QP was barley 5% (IB always over 20%) ,comp was always at 4-5% ,rumble and others just under 2% I'm not here to argue what is better (I know what both systems brings to the table) just stating obvious.
