Because of your situation and how things have worked out, there's not a lot that can directly be done for you. Read the article, and if your issue is not resolved by the information in the article, please click the button at the bottom, fill out the form with all of the information, and submit it. After submission, please be patient, as the Bungie teams have to go through each submission (including all of those that were before yours), and they only do so during business hours, so it may take some time for you to get a result if one is needed. Please don't continue with spamming new posts; use the link and the form to submit your issue directly to Bungie. - If Bungie decides to disable your Cross-Save, keep in mind that to unlink an account, you must be able to authenticate it, which means you must be able to log into it. If you are unable to gain access to the connected account, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile, your only option will be to create a new Bungie.net profile and then unlink/relink the accounts you actually want to that new Bungie.net profile. Just keep in mind that if you go with the new Bungie.net profile, you will lose access to the code-granted bonuses you've redeemed on Bungie.net because those are tied to your current Bungie.net profile. You can see what you'll lose here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes . - So, use the form, hope that Bungie decides to disable your Cross-Save, then be prepared to deal with transfering your actual accounts to another Bungie.net profile.
