How many Catalysts do you have?
I currently have 13 catalysts. I have been grinding all of the kills over the last couple of months.
The one I really want won't drop for me is Suros Regime. My RNG for crucible catalysts is awful.

I’m only missing Mida, Bad Juju, Worldline, and Sleeper. I have a bunch, just haven’t found a need to actually do them.
