[i]The pain that once burned like fire had faded away to an icy numbness. Black filled the edges of my vision and the only thing I could hear was my own heartbeat. I couldn't wield anymore power nor my sword. My breath came in ragged, shallow gasps. Seconds passed as I lay there, then, I heard voices, familiar ones. My family swarmed all over me, trying to tell me something. The voices became a bit clearer and all I could hear was my wife's voice telling me "You can rest now Zios" Was it an illusion? Are these my final sights that I witness? I didn't ponder too much on this but if I could have, I would of laughed. Surely they could tell that it was far too late for me to be saved, yet they were like children, naive to the darkness of the real world. The despair and suffering of the universe that took everyone I loved away from me. I would be joining them soon though. I would be able to leave all the pain behind. I closed my eyes, I could die happily now.[/i] As Zios looked into the sky, knelt in a stance known as Seiza, he began to smile. With blood pouring out of his core and mouth, he smiled. The guardians began walking towards him, for it was at this moment he began to speak in the tounge of human. "I accept this death for it was worthy of my power and time. Much like how you were worthy, however, you came out stronger. I acknowledge your Might guardians. Here, finish it." He places his Katana on the ground next to him. As one of the guardians grab the sword, an eerie feeling begins to linger closer... "Ahh this won't do..." It's presence becomes more noticeable. "I have not fully obtained the information I need..." The guardians begin looking around, they hear the voice but they can't seem to pinpoint where it's coming from. It seems to be never too far behind them, but at the same time, the voice is everyone. "Allow me to make the adjustments needed..." Black energy begins to flow throughout all shadows within the vicinity, converging to one area, forming a figure of darkness. A flicker in the black, a deafening silence, and suddenly you're met with an intimidating being of anguish and despair. 5 calm eyes stare at you with an agonizing spite, and another flicker echoes from its disheveled mouth as it exchange glances with you. 3 enormous horns adorns its lank head, which itself has a perpetual grin. A constant plume of black smoke escapes the creature's broad nostrils set within a faded nose. Its lank head sits atop a tall, smokey black body. A constant shadowy veil dangles around its torso, seemingly like a reminder of some event in the past. The creature dashes toward Zios within a blink of an eye. 3 thin tails squirm behind it, coarse white energy spikes cover it sporadically. Two ethereal wings extend themselves fully. Darkness covered frames, and black feathers stretch upward to make the creature seem even more intimidating. The creature comes closer and closer, its eyes staring at Zios, but never looking away from the guardians. "You have fulfilled your role, allow me to give you a new one." The figure puts his hand on Zios, sending the black energy into his body. Overflowing with energy, Zios begins to crack. Black glows begin to seep out of his cracks, as if he was bursting out of a shell. The yells of Zios were loud enough to have the floor shake, the tree uprooted, and the ground crack from underneath the feet of the guardians. He was Zios, The Elementalist no longer. "NOW SHOW THEM YOUR NEWFOUND WISDOM! For strength shall follow..." The dark figure began to dissipate into the ether as Hybridized Zios, Devourer of Elements, sucked the ground up to the sky, having it float graciously thousands of feet up. Zios soon fled to the debris in the air, the guardians followed. Zios, The Elementalist Species: ??? Gender: ??? Motive: Wisdom... Weapons: ??? Planet: Venus Location: The Shattered Sky Description: You step onto the final platform that leads to the main arena. Zios floats at the center of the arena above the tree, which has now been uprooted from the ground, as hundreds of pieces of debris orbit around him. The tree is tainted with a dark energy, making the color of its bark black and giving it a black aura to succumb it. You look around, almost as if you're taking in the view, regardless of the situation you're currently in. You notice that the Citadel, miles away, can be seen from your location. The air surrounding you is thicker here than it was back on the ground, and the gravity feels like it's been tripled in this area, most likely due to Zios' energy. Around the tree are also large debris that seem to be stationary, big enough to guardians stand on it. There are several of them around the area, a few of them hold one of the 6 pillars. The sky is a bright green that fades into black when it's further away from the sun. Red electricity emits from the sky continuously. Around Zios, hover 10 Swordsmen; these seem different, more powerful than the prior fight. Clouds in the far distance begin to form, with streams of white datalice forming within it. The Vex are coming. It seems even they know that Zios is becoming too big of threat. Maybe they can be useful. The Swordsmen do not hesitate to begin attacking the approaching Vex. It looks like an all out war happening around the area. The guardians still hold Zios' Katana, maybe it could be of use... Hybridized Zios, Devourer of Elements waits... [i]-The One and Many[/i]
