I say let the bottom tree Knife Juggler One Hit to the head for a season.
This can give hunters a OHK ability that already requires skill and restrict it down to the OG 3 Shot GG. It's a skill shot anyways and I'd say it won't be too broken, just don't run right at the guy and most of us should be fine.

Warlock Main: Agreed, and also give back the damage to Tripmines to let them OHKO people and stick to foreheads again. Anyone who hears that sound of a tripmine and still walks into it- it's there own fault if they die to it. Be it not paying attention, or just ignoring it. I remember when Trips would kill on activation. When you couldn't run through it and laugh as you took little to no damage.

Top Tree Throwing Knife augment. * Hold R1 (or whatever button you use) to charge you knife with solar energy. Hitting a target with a precious hit deals massive damage (1hk on Guardians except supers) at the cost of a longer cooldown. This way you'll get your "one and done" hard hitting melee and then we can all -blam!- and cry over which is more OP, Shoulder Charge, Solar Knife or Handheld Super Nova.

As a Hunter main, I'd love to have this but only if it's conditional, otherwise it would be OP especially on bottom tree. In line with the general Hunter fantasy, I would only make it an OHK on crit if the target doesn't see me. Since we don't have invisibility on that subclass, that would have to mean a sneak attack from behind, the side, or above. Should give a means to counter in 1v1 by just facing the hunter, and play into the hunter/prey fantasy. Other options might be to have it charge like a handheld supernova on top-tree, narrow the spread significantly on middle-tree, or even have the three knives thrown in sequence when charged, also on middle tree - both would require that all three have to hit to secure a kill, say 64/knife or so.

Right now Sharpshooters Trance just provides slight recharge to the super. E: Right now the bottom tree knife is largely irrelevant to the subclass tree. It's pointless when special weapons can be used for more effective damage, and it requires a kill to be a consistent and reliable damage source (which still falls short from special weapons). The shoulder charge on bottom tree Sentinel will be getting a suppression effect, so why can't bottom tree throwing knife get a ramping damage buff that makes sense in the context of the subclass and rewards consistent aim?

I never had an issue with OHK Throwing Knives in D1. As you stated, took some skill and I never felt bad being taken out like that, especially at a distance. Agreed and I say give it back to the Hunters. - A Titan

Nooo way. As a hunter main, they ability to have a ranged 1 shot melee that refreshes with no exotic is op. There should be an exotic to hold down melee to charge the knife, release it and it can 1 shot but doesn’t refresh. There needs to be a trade off

The people who upvote these kinds of threads are most likely dogshit pvp players. Throwing knife has little risk as opposed to SC or even Supernova.
