Unlinking Battlenet but Account Deleted
Hey so
I didn't want my Battlenet account anymore, just wanted to play on Xbox and playstation.
So I requested for my Battlenet account to be deleted, and was successfully deleted today.
So I thought great I can now use cross save between my two consoles with no pc.
However I can't use cross save because it still wants me to authenticate my Battlenet and I can't because the account no longer exists (I thought this would just be removed from my bungie account as the Battlenet no longer exists)
I've tried migrating to steam (created an account for this purpose) but through the crosses save procedure, it still wants me to authenticate my Battlenet
Please help! I just want to play on Xbox and playstation but can't...

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out to us. You may want to contact [url=https://battle.net/support/]Blizzard Support[/url] about reclaiming this account so you can unlink. Bungie is not able to remove platform accounts from your Bungie profile. You may be able to unlink it yourself by simply signing in with your old account information.
