I've been trying to activate the cross save stuff so I can play shadow keep on PC when it releases (currently play on PS4) and I am unable to authenticate because i have my old xbox live account linked. I linked my xbox account back in year one of D1 and the email connected to that account no longer exists. When I try to authenticate for cross save I receive an error message with the xbox account. I've tried unlinking it from my profile but i get an error code when doing that as well. Is there any way for me to get my old xbox account unlinked so I can activate cross save?
