While I see that you have an Xbox and Bnet account linked to this profile, you currently do not have cross save enabled so they are still separate and distinct accounts. To see your Xbox characters on the Battle.net version of D2 you need to enable cross save and assign your Xbox as the cross save account.

I just figured it out. I didnt authenticate my bnet acc or steam. I got it thank you!

I had the same thing but Cross Save is already enabled. I open up Destiny on my PS4 and it acts as a new account.
