Please verify the Blizzard account you have linked on this profile is the same you're using to login to the Battle.net D2.
Looking at your profile it appears to me that you've set up cross save correctly, which includes a link to a Blizzard account.

Hi Mod. So yes, As i mentioned in my original post, that a new character is created in the PC version, and it is currently showing up on the Bungie's website - a 100 Light level Titan. This shows that it is indeed connected properly to the correct Battle.net account. Now, how should we resolve this issue where there is no visible way for me to activate my old characters to play on PC. It seems like deactivating cross save is not a viable option as it suspends future attempts to cross save for a total of 90 days.

Cross save is meant to be a one-time operation, but Bungie does allow folks to change their minds with the caveat that they will have to wait 90 days to turn it back on to prevent account recovery abuse. So yes, the way you fix it is to disable cross save and then wait the 90 days to re-enable it. I would suggest on the next go around you triple check the accounts you have linked to make sure they are the ones you want, and then review the two prompts you're given in the cross save process that shows the account and characters that will become your cross save characters to make sure they are the ones you want active.

Please allow me to confirm this again, so in order for me to continue using my old characters (From PS4) for PC, due to the policy set by Bungie, i can only play them on my PC in 90 days time? My 1st log in was the PSN. That was the one that showed up 1st, with all my characters. I then linked Steam and Battle.net AFTER. Please note that many players including myself really want this cross save to work. If it works properly for me, i do not have the intention to disable cross save, and reenable it again if i change my mind. There needs to be a system where players should be able to redo the cross save sequence if things doesn't go the right way. Please look at the forum and see the number of players having the same issue. If it's just me, i'll totally understand. But there are a huge number of players out there facing the same issue and it shouldn't just be brushed off with 'then wait 90 days to re-enable it'. By the way, if there is no way to redo this cross save sequence without waiting for 90 days, i thank you for your time. I'm honestly interested in getting back to D2 on my pc, but if this is the case of how the system work, then i guess i won't be back.
