Any suggestions to get it working? My roommate got his working minutes before I tried.
-
Getting this error code as well.
-
I got the same thing, turns out, you need at least two accounts to link.
-
Closing all my windows and using incognito actually worked for me, the others did not however.

Bearbeitet von EmeraldPrincess: 8/22/2019 12:52:44 AMMy husband and I both got "something weird happened" on each of our accounts. I tried refreshing the page and trying the process all over again. I also logged out of Bungie and logged back in. I guess I'll have to try when everyone else isn't, it's good Bungie did cross save weeks before Shadowkeep to have all the kinks sorted out. *CAN CONFIRM INCOGNITO MODE DOES INDEED WORK MY HUSBAND AND I ARE GOOD TO GO. Thanks fellow Guardians (:

I was having the same issue, then I realized I didn't link my Blizzard and Steam account. I was activating cross save for only my Xbox, and I play on Xbox so cross save wouldn't make sense to use. After authenticating my Blizzard and Steam accounts. It worked.

Hello, This is currently being investigated.
-
I just got it to work by unlinking steam and then relinking it during the cross save process. Unlink steam then attempt to setup cross save. It will prompt you to relink steam; do it and then it worked for me
-
have you tried changing your hair color and standing in the toilet, because it seems the most random things make it work. Hi we're bungie, we don't know how stuff works.
-
Unlink steam in account settings then relink it and try the cross save
-
Try logging out of bungie.net and logging back in using steam. worked for me

Got mine to work, selected the PS4 (where my toons are) and it's telling me i have none? So i have no toons showing and if i deactivate i have to wait 90 days?

If you are going from Console to PC: - Go to bungie.net - Link your Steam (Since the game is going to be moved here) - Then Link your Xbox OR PS - Follow the prompt and it should work I didn't link my battle.net, but i'm assuming it'll be the same. MAKE SURE YOUR STEAM ACCOUNT IS LINKED!!! Hope this helps
-
I did it from my phone then it worked
-
Hello does anyone know if you havbe to have the base game purchased on all accouns you are linking because for xbox i gameshare with friends
-
Maybe if everyone would stop flooding the damn servers and such. Maybe this wouldn't be such an issue right?
-
Same here, even in incognito. Man... this is very frustrating. I am trying since the beginning of the process.
-
Bearbeitet von PureNinja04: 8/21/2019 9:57:23 PMI tried firefox chrome and IE multiple times with new browsers and re authentications.... Nothing worked so I guess I'll just try later. FOLLOW in33dpr4ct1c3 DIRECTIONS ABOVE AND IT WORKS
-
I opened an incognito tab in Firefox and signed in using the Steam account then went through the cross save process again to authenticate Blizzard and PS4 accounts and it worked.
-
Incognito and other browsers does not fix this issue for me. Even more fun, I'm trying this on MS Edge. I authenticate on Steam, authenticate on Battle.net, but upon successful authentication, Steam becomes unauthenticated. OK, great. Re-authenticate on Steam and then Battle.net becomes unauthenticated. Back and forth on this until you simply want to throw the PC out the window. What a mess. Can't get this working on any browser. Disappointed.
-
I kept ramming through it. Kept mashing that button, dismiss error, repeat. It asked me to reauthenticate a couple tens of times and badabing. I know most helpful.
-
Same here. Any updates on this issue?
-
-
Fixed it by turning off Adblock. Specifically uBlock origin

I ran into this. My solution for Xbox One to PC cross save linking: 1-Firefox Incognito window 2-Log into Steam account at bungie.net. When prompted to link when first attempting to log in, continue with Steam. 3-Go to Cross save section from account menu at top right. 4-The order that you authenticate here is important! Do it in this order: a) Steam should already be authenticated because you logged in with it. b) Authenticate Battle.Net c) Authenticate Xbox LAST 5-Point at Crota, and Continue. 6-Win.

I was able to get it working using incognito mode in Chrome, but when I check my account under accounts and linking, it still states to activate cross save. It does show both my xbox and steam accounts linked. Does this mean that I am done, or does this mean that it did not go through?
