I have completed Forsaken campaign and still have no access to annual pass content even though Xbox has confirmed I own it in a support chat and the content is installed on my console. Xbox support case # 1480847502. I was advised to request that content is manually added to game server. Can provide proof of purchase as well as chat transcript upon request.
