Quests, maps, friends, weapons menu not working or disappeared
Some parts of the menu are gone. It started with inability to press square to dismantle the weapons. Now I can't see the map, friends list, quests list, when I hover over anything in the menu pop up menu is not appearing....
Any idea what to do?

Have you cleared your system cache? https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 Also did the issue start when you joined your Clan? Are other members of your Clan having this issue too?
