So back when the game was released I bought the $100 Digital Deluxe Edition which included the Season Pass for Osiris and Warmind, and now that I'm interested in getting back into the game I can't just buy Forsaken without losing money? Even if I buy Shadowkeep there's no compensation I'm aware of for already owning the two expansions, (which for those who bought Forsaken is fine since they got it for free anyway) despite the fact that I actually paid for them. Hell, if I could at least get Silver or something I wouldn't be so up in arms about it, but did I really waste $40 for nothing? (Well, $120 if you count that I bought the Digital Deluxe on Xbox, PS4, and PC like a dumb.) Is there somewhere that I can either buy the expansion alone or receive some sort of compensation?
(Side question: should I even buy Forsaken if I want to get Shadowkeep? Either way I'm excited to move my Xbox Hunter to PC with all the neat first raid stuff.)
Is there somewhere that I can either buy the expansion alone or receive some sort of compensation?
This is literally asked almost every single day. The Forsaken expansion by itself, when offered by itself was $40. The Forsaken Complete Collection now includes Destiny 2 base, Curse of Osiris, Warmind, Forsaken, and Forsaken Annual Pass, all for the SAME EXACT PRICE of $40. Get that? You get not only Forsaken for $40, but you get everything leading up to Shadowkeep, so you are getting more and getting the Forsaken Annual Pass for FREE. Why are people thinking they are wasting money or being ripped off?
