So... I am...pissed a little? It’s ok to donate for favorite game and loved indie studio. But to presume this stuff will be exclusive for some time! A season at least. But two weeks?! Ok, we had statement at start of season about items will be sold for Silver OR dust. Not AND, but OR. You could think, items can be sold some weeks for silver, some for dust and everyone is happy. But, did someone saw any kits being sold for dust this season? Lumina or Juju ornaments? Nope. This way, it’s safe to assume there are some exclusive items. Now, Bungie advertised this emote so badly! Remember seeing pop up yelling at me - It’s your last chance to purchase this emote and get a discount! I think everybody presumed it’s the last call for emote for real, because... why would you purchase 5$ discount for 10$? The emote, the cool thing to celebrate preorder of Vol.2. This is the second thing that leads me to calling this a - Shady marketing. This is so uncool. Now it doesn’t make sense to spend silver anymore, everything could go on sale! Or, what if it won’t go on sale? You will loose your chance. But how do you know?! And what do you do with this level of uncertainty? Bungie did good job getting rid off loot boxes, now purchasing some cool stuff to use and be a little exclusive in game became a nice thing. But without clarification on how sells will go in future... this ruins everything.
