You seem to forget we had skill based in year 3 of destiny 1 and it was laggy as hell and everyone complained about it

They lie as much as they can to try and fool weaker players into thinking sbmm is in anyway a good thing
-
We also had it for most of year 1 of Destiny 2 and no one complained. Bungie forced CBMM on the rest of the community because PC player numbers were too low to support anything else, and they didn't want to admit it. So SBMM "mysteriously" got broken about a year ago....and just never got fixed. Player numbers and connection quality is still crap on PC. To the point where it affects even some matchmade content on the PVE side of the game.
-
Actually mm legitimately broke when they released 6v6. They kept it off in Forsaken because literally every high profile influencer got on social media to campaign for it to be left off and the higher up were afraid of upsetting them after all the damage they caused year one.

All 3 years of D1 had skill and the lag was not a factor of the matchmaking. D1 had different architecture for how PvP worked and the player populations were much more fragmented with not only all the different game modes players could queue for, but also a completely separate playlist for players who didn't own the latest expansions. The number one cure for lag is healthy player populations. QP has been laggy the last 6 months and it's strictly connection based. That's what happens when everyone stops playing.

Yoyu clearly dont remember D1 then year 1 and 2 didnt have skill based matchmaking. Year 3 did and it was laggy as hell
-
You're preaching to the wrong player. All 3 years had it. Thanks though.

You're wrong guy.
