Hmmmm maybe I'm wrong but last time sbmm was implemented their were way under 100k players while were never below 250k to 300k plus during weekdays..... No one in my clan wants sbmm 30 of my member are between 0.8-1.2 and none want sbmm and guess what I can no longer play crucible with my clan because they dont wanna wait 10+ minutes to play 6 2kds.....

That never happened with Bungie "implementing" sbmm and the population dropping and year 2 numbers were lower than year one . As for players in your clan not wanting to play 6 2.0 k/d players, that's not how it works either. If you watched the video, I explained that D2Y2 sbmm takes the fireteam's average skill, it doesn't match vs the highest skill as some previous iterations did.

The average would be close too 2... That's why I cant play iron banner.
-
The average would be in closer to their skill level, not yours. If you have three 1100 elo teammates and you're a 1600, your team average is 1225. That's much closer to them than you.

Elo isn't a Bungie stat kd is. I guess if you really want I can just manipulate sbmm and play with 0.5 kds and pub stone every game right?

Actually no one knows what all Bungie user to factor skill, but it is certainly not just player k/d. Elo is an easily recognizable player stat that works well for the sake of explaining the framework of how their system works.
