To make this short. I recently started playing D2 again with the new free DLC they have given us, so I decided to put time into the game since I loved playing titan in D1. I stopped at light level 340 and was debating about buying Forsaken, although I had the CD version of the legendary collection I bought from a game store(with no code). I bought the Annual pass that my brother told me to get thinking it would give me access to Forsaken that it did not, it asked me to buy the Forsaken complete collection as pop up after pop up telling me to buy it that might as well be buying the digital version of the game and then some. I am asking how do I get a response about this problem or a refund.
