Yesterday I found that my account has been banned. From what I've read on their policies, I understand that someone from Bungie has looked at my account and decided that I can no longer play Destiny 2. I don't want to argue it was unfair because they must have had a reason. I can't contact Bungie directly as they have a no-dispute policy for bans nor do they actually have a customer support line, so I'm left with making a post on open forums such as here or reddit.
My question is why do Bungie not tell you the reason your account has been banned? This is a complete shock as I have read their policies on banning and restricting accounts and, to my knowledge, have abided by the rules. Right now, I'm completely in the dark as to what has happened and if I were to buy the game again I would like to know what I had done wrong so that I can avoid making the same mistake.
Once again, I don't want to dispute the decision, whatever it may be, I would just like to know why they don't tell you the reason altogether.

They do not give reasons, as any info on what was detected can be used by cheat devs to try and circumvent detection.
I would just like to know why they don't tell you the reason altogether.
They do not tell people why as to protect the detection system from hackers writing cheat programs to hide from detection.
