Pacifica comp glitch
While playing a comp match of countdown on the Pacifica map I fell off the map and died to misadventure after this happened the game glitched out and for several rounds after it wouldn't even load me into the map but kept me in post death spectator mode.

yea this has happened to me on vairous maps

Next time it happens, open your Pursuits. There could have been a completed bounty that just didn't pop, and for whatever reason, the game goes into a meltdown because of it.
