I think the cost of tributes should be dramatically lower across the board. It's not fair to 80% of the community who started the quest or obtained the Bad Juju who can't get the catalyst without spending thousands of materials and/or real world currency (bright dust) to obtain the catalyst when there are people who glitched their way through 45 tribute requirements. It's not fair to those of us who actually did things by the book, either knowingly or unknowingly screwing themselves in the process under this taxing economy.
